Yes, yes. I know I’ve posted a lot about food. But if you’ve ever been to Madrid, you’ll understand. I just had one of the best meals EVAH. @chefjoseandres told me I needed to go to @bistronomika_restaurante, and he is never wrong. Everything was so good. It is the most exquisite seafood and produce, seasonal locally sourced ingredients, thoughtfully and beautifully prepared. If you’re coming to Madrid, you MUST put this on your list. Chef Carlos and his team can not be more welcoming, and proud and excited about their food. If you go, please have the basque cheesecake desert. Thank me later. 🇪🇸💃🏻
