We're excited to announce that joining us for the second instalment of our Rémy Martin Sustainable Supper Club Series are the teams behind Dorset-based sister restaurants, @terroirtapas and @thelarderhouse.
One of only nine restaurants to be awarded a Michelin Green Star this year, Terroir Tapas prides itself on using solely locally-grown, foraged or ethically-sourced ingredients in its globally-inspired tasting menus. Like at The Larder House, produce is brought to life by live-fire cooking, with the wood oven well and truly at the heart of both restaurant kitchens.
