Press together to form a ball. Spray Chosen Foods Avocado Oil on an 8” cast iron pan and add the balls in, seam side down. Spray a little more oil on top of the rolls and sprinkle chives and 1/8 tsp paprika. Bake for 20min at 350F. Serve warm. Green beans with Crispy Shallots: Spray a pan with Chosen Foods Avocado Oil over medium heat. When the oil is hot, add 8oz of sliced shallots and fry them until golden brown. Season 1lb of green beans with 1/2 tsp of garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, salt and pepper. Toss and lay them in a single layer on a tray sprayed with Chosen Foods Avocado Oil Spray. Roast at 400F for 5min then broil for 4min. Top with the crispy shallots and 1/4 cup of almond slivers. Mashed potatoes with Garlic Herb Avocado Oil: Wash and scrub 4 lbs of small russet potatoes and place them in a large pot. Add water until they are covered and place over high heat until water boils. Once boiling, reduce heat to medium and add 2 tsp of salt. Continue to cook until potatoes are tender. While the potatoes are cooking, slice 1⁄4 cup of garlic cloves and prepare your herbs (thyme, marjoram, rosemary) by de-stemming and chopping them.
