So proud to be petrified but supported by my beautiful team captain , @elliesimmonds and the insanely talented and lush @vickypattison . Competing tonight in the Sport Relief All Star Games on @bbcone @ 7pm. It’s all worth it when you know the money raised will support children and young people. Support people with their mental health and tackle inequality so people can reach their full potential. I’ve been there, so doing this was something I often thought to pull out of, due to many reasons, but to keep going , to keep moving forward, to rise above , gave me the best 60 seconds I’ve had for such a long time, and friendships and memories that will make me smile for a lifetime.
