May your coffee be strong & your Monday be beautiful 🐻🫶🏻✨In case you’re feeling overwhelmed this week, I thought I’d share my go-to steps to alleviating this: - 1️⃣ Step away for a sec - sometimes all you need is a short period away from whatever is causing you to feel overwhelmed to enable you to reset and re-approach the scenario when you’re feeling more level headed. 2️⃣Write everything down - Make a list stating what you need to do or things that’re causing stress and tackle them one by one. A traffic light system is handy as you can mark desperate tasks red, mid orange & least important green. 3️⃣ Remove anything in your life that is adding to your anxiety or stress that doesn’t need to be there. If you’ve said yes to something you didn’t want to do, cancel. If a toxic person is weighing on you, take a step back. 4️⃣ Ask for help - do not be afraid to ask for help. Sometimes all you need is a family or friend to talk through something and it becomes less overwhelming. 5️⃣ Be kind to yourself - take time to do things you enjoy during hard times and accept that a bad day isn’t a bad life. Sometimes problems can wait and your mental health has to come first and you need to take a proper break. - Hope these help, love y’all ✨
