When did you accept to be unhappy in your career? One of the questions I asked my audience at @wellfestirl yesterday which no one could find an answer to. This one little life we have is too precious to be spent miserable 40+ hours a week, to be crippled with Sunday night fear and unable to be present with your loved ones and truly enjoying life. Career wellbeing is not a place in Disneyland, it’s a place we can all get to with clarity and courage. I hope I helped someone of you to take the first step yesterday during my talk at @wellfestirl I can’t put into words how grateful I feel to have experienced one of my biggest career goals yesterday. At my very first @wellfestirl 7 years ago, my mind was blown open as I listened to an incredible talk which ultimately changed my life over the course of the past 7 years since that day. I knew in my heart that I would speak at @wellfestirl some day and I’m so grateful and proud to have had the opportunity to bring my passion, CAREER WELLBEING, to @wellfestirl yesterday. I was blown away by how many people showed up yesterday, with an appetite to take ownership of their career wellbeing and overall career satisfaction. A true sign that CAREER WELLBEING needs to be at the core of every wellness conversation and event given its impact on our life, our health, our relationships and more.
