The photos I swore I wasn’t going to share. Pregnancy is fucking hard. 10 weeks pregnant 142 lbs. I’m tracking macros, 10k steps daily & training 4-5x week. However week by week hormones change & needed body fat adds to my body. I’m sharing this because I know I can’t be the only woman that struggles with pregnancy & seeing my body change.
