Drag & Dump (previously known as ‘Exhaustive victory writing under jest control’) roving with contradiction, an exfoliating practice combining stream of consciousness writing while being dragged. The objective is no recipe, but a presencing, witnessing inquiry. Leaning into the dichotomy, moving through.. as you’re being moved.. The second part of the practice not seen here, we keep sacred for the presence of participants. As my teachers say, ‘Leave out the body & mind, what’s left is the divine..’ This moving meditation & practice also just feels really good.
