First thing in the morning I wake up, I put my hands on my heart and say the Ho’oponopono Frogivesness Prayer and re-affirm that I make myself the top number 1 priority all day everyday, no matter what! I’ve been doing this for 4+ month now and it’s been truly life-changing. Whenever challenging situations occur throughout the day, I instantly -without thinking too hard- get reminded of my morning routine and make decisions accordingly. Highly recommend!
