🍸 GIN & TONIC ICE CREAM 🍨
Hello you beautiful people! I know it’s been a bit quiet over here in the past two weeks. I was taking a break to reflect on the past year and get some much needed rejuvenation for the year ahead, plus I got a little too obsessed with a new geeky hobby. (FAB TCG, anyone? 😂)
But I’m now officially back, with a bunch of super cool and funky recipes for you this year, as well as some bigger food plans later on in the year! And I’m kicking it all off with this simple but cheeky little dessert that holds a special place in my heart. ❤️

Anyway, if you’re interested to make this no-churn G&T ice cream, here's what you need:
2 lemons, zested and juiced
2 calamansi limes (or key limes), zested and juiced
200g (1 cup) caster sugar
1g salt
3g sour plum powder
60ml (1/4 cup) gin (I used @thebotanistgin)
120ml (1/2 cup) tonic water
400ml (1 3/4 cups) heavy cream
