fall is slipping through my fingers 1. thoroughly enjoying seeing how all the different seasons look at the cottage - whether it’s the shifting sunlight pouring in through a window, the yellowing leaves of the walnut tree out back, or the door that doesn’t quite stay shut now due to colder temperatures & shrinking wood planks 2. freshly picked apples from our neighbor who lives just down the road 3. the middle stages of a sweater vest made from the softest yarn from @handworkslc 4. in the thick of a soup and roast phase, but i think this one was one of my favorites 5. a mason jar of chamomile to decorate the cabin’s porch 6. my closest companion 7. finding solace in the familiarity of nature 8. shelves and shelves and shelves of yarn 9. the last picnic of the year before we enter the months of frigid cold and seemingly never ending snow 10. a moment of appreciation for the mums and the pumpkins that will inevitably be turned into pie
