A night at Westholme House with the one and only Chef Nancy Silverton. The Los Angeles culinary icon treated guests to an outdoor feast inspired by the colorful bounty of California summer. The main event: pepper steak Dal Rae, giving Westholme’s Australian wagyu the Pico Rivera heritage treatment, plus a peak season panzanella, Spacca’s caesar, charred Rhodes Farm Jimmy Nardellos, and Brentwood creamed corn to name just a few. Naturally, Nancy wrapped the evening with a stone fruit slab pie, pairing Regier Family Farms peaches, Amett Farms Flavor King pilots, and Ken’s Top Notch Mango nectarines with homemade vanilla gelato.
