This year, around 1800 Australian women will be diagnosed with ovarian cancer. That’s at a rate of 5 women diagnosed every day. Only 791 will still be alive in five years. Currently, there is no early detection test for ovarian cancer – a Pap smear is not a detection test. Women’s health is incredibly close to my heart and I am honoured to be a part of this years @ocrf @georgjensen @gritty_pretty campaign to raise much needed awareness and funds for research for Ovarian cancer.
