LUNCH CHATS (PART 3) > When you work out smarter, you actually end up working out more efficiently, without the burn out, in less time. If you push too hard over too long of time, you will see diminishing returns. I’ve spent too many hours in the gym in the past, striving for fatigue/sweat/muscle burn/exhaustion to feel like I got in a great workout (meaning calories burned, not strength or mobility btw). The result was stagnant results, being too sore for basic life tasks, extreme exhaustion all the time and a hate/love/obsessive relationship with working out. Not sustainable to say the least.
