A suuuuper simple one for you today- Cinnamon and lime roasted strawberries with peanut fudge sauce and whipped yoghurt. So ridiculously easy I guarantee it will become a go-to dessert. A few tips: put the whipped yoghurt in the freezer 15 mins before serving so it’s nice and chilled, use @manilife_ dark roast peanut butter in the fudge sauce and finish the whole thing with lime zest/juice to cut through the sweetness.
