Goal: 14-18 mins
Gauge your Assault Bike/Echo Bike pace based on your ability to do the ring muscle-ups unbroken. If you know you will have to break the ring muscle-ups that will help you decide your overall pace on the bike. The dumbbell clean and jerk should at a minimum unbroken on each arm. Make sure to make the most of our your hip extension and leg drive on the dumbbell to save your upper body and shoulder for the gymnastics.
