You can of course use an iSi or make larger batches of boozy cream, but I always appreciate a super easy option for making a small amount of something. I’m usually just making a few cocktails at most for friends, and generally don’t use these recipes that are geared for bars to do things at volume. Let me know what you get up to (if this inspires any boozy whipped cream creations of your own) or get after the spec below... but remember: pics or it didn’t happen! 2 oz Cognac VSOP 3⁄4 oz Amontillado Sherry 1⁄4 oz Creme de Banane (banana liqueur) 1⁄4 oz Royal Combier (orange liqueur) Green Chartreuse Cream Combine ingredients and briefly stir with ice.
