I lied and said I was 18. I was really only 17 but I desperately wanted to work at camp in Boston. It’s where I learned how bad I am at lying. It’s also where I met this curious little kiddo, @londoncustoms_ . He could hoop. He was an explorer. He was cautious, apprehensive and intentional. He was an incredible leader. And he grew up. Beautifully for certain. Bumpy as it goes. What a tremendous honor to see and walk and love on humans as we weather storms and blossom. Something like 20 years later. @londoncustoms_ - love you to camp and back, sunshine. So many times. AND... this game-changing custom @londoncustoms_ art is the centerpiece of my home (and low key my favorite in a home full of only Black, brown, queer and womxn created art). Door always open but this gem will never ever be sold.
