WOW! It’s officially been 15 years since I started modeling. Here are some takeaways: - It’s ok to fall in and out of love with the industry. In fact I think it’s quite normal. - It’s ok to feel beautiful, and it’s also ok to feel insecure. - It’s ok that it takes times to discover yourself, your likes, wants, needs.... Models are constantly wearing different masks and personas. ( as you can see in the above video!! It’s awesome, but also sometimes confusing and makes it hard to feel authenticity ourselves). - If I can accept change, I’ll be ok. Everything changes; my age, my body, what “look” is in, what fashion brands like, what’s happening in the industry, my needs and wants... if I can stay connected to what is, and not what was, I’ll have a way easier time of navigating my career. It hasn’t always been easy, but it sure has been interesting. 🥰❤️ xx
