Remember when you were a kid and back to school season was such a big deal? You get your notebooks and a few new tshirts and maybe a new backpack? It was the season of getting back into a rhythm. A clean slate, a fresh start. I try to keep that same energy now that I’m a much bigger kid 😄. I make it the season of COMING HOME TO MYSELF. A time where I get back to the rituals that make me feel like the most powerful version of me— 🥬🫛lots of plants 🌎time in nature 🌞sunshine 💕more time with loved ones 💪🏼movement 🛏️ deep sleep ☮️ actively pursue a gratitude mindset I think we all hope there will be a silver bullet to our best bodies, our fullest hearts and clearest minds... there isn’t... but the good news is it really doesn’t have to be so complicated. Get back to the simple things.
