As 2024 wraps, it’s so easy to get lost in the endless highlight reels. When putting together mine, I kept staring at this gym selfie & it felt inauthentic not to share more about it. If you look closer, you’ll notice my pink bracelet. It was my parting gift from a treatment center I never thought would’ve been on my bingo card this year. While work was as consistent as ever, my depression/anxiety/ARFID had other plans. So this is a lil friendly reminder that it’s truly ok if your year wasn’t one big perfectly curated IG carousel and/or you feel like you don’t have it all together/figured out 🙃 It’s so easy to get lost in comparison, but allow yourself grace and remember to lean on your support systems and ask for help in times that you’re unable to show up for yourself.
