A boba craze has swept the Rose office - we’re all learning a lot about ourselves through our experiences ordering boba as a group, with a few surprises along the way. Sometimes it just takes a little while to figure out your sweet spot boba flavor and in the process you might realize your fears. Chef tried boba tea for the first time but ordered wrong, so not much to report there. He’s learning, but somehow managed to nail the flavors of boba tea in these Delights he made from scratch. Other findings: the citrus blend Delight of three juices-Bernard Ranches grapefruit, orange, lemon with a little hint of bergamot surprised our digital director/LinkedIn whiz kid Erica. She tried a mixed citrus for the first time the other day and out of nowhere says “man, that’s bright!”. Funny bcs it’s true, but all her focus had been on the boba Delights - she had overlooked citrus! We keep laughing about it around the office. Too fun.
