And honestly after years of shitty catty girl drama (middle school, how did we survive? 😅) I wouldn’t think I’d be the one screaming GIRL POWER off of roof tops but I really do think we need to do more of that. At work we get pitched for athlete sponsorships alllll of the time— and I’d guesstimate it’s 90% men doing the pitching. Why?! It took me a minute, but the more I thought about it the more it resonated. And surely the way to the top is not dragging others down but bringing them with you.
