This is a stop and smell the roses moment for me. Remember a few weeks ago when I said I was able to check something off my vision board that’s been on it for 2 years? Well the secret is out and I’m now able to tell. I was chosen by Nike to be apart of a new campaign Runners Helping Runners. I don’t have your average runners body type. I’m here to encourage all moms, women of all body types and my daughter that you can be a runner. Take the time out of your day and make time for yourself. It doesn’t matter your pace. As long as you are moving forward you are making a difference in your life. Running has been something I can do by myself or with Mila. We run for the Mom Squad. We run for the future .
