Word is that this building, the Lee Plaza, is getting renovated soon. I've seen these announcements on this building before so I'm not fully optimistic that it will actually happen. But if it does I hope they do a good job. This is one of our favorite buildings outside of downtown Detroit. It's a true art piece and I'm glad she's still standing after all these years being empty. It's crazy to us that a building of this size and quality was built so far from the city center. Just makes you wonder how many other jaw dropping buildings have been torn down over the years..
