I’m back with Copenhagen eats🇩🇰 ! 🍵we went to La Cabra for a matcha latte! Literally never been to La Cabra in ny despite the fact that I know its amazing (sorry @flavorpossum ) The matcha was quite earthy, but really high quality and delish! Need to try coffee when I get back go the city because I hear that its really good. 🍳for breakfast the second day, we went to a little cafe called Delambo. We all got different variations of avocado toast and it was good but nothing too memorable (except the fact that their eggs are cooked in a rectangle?!?) 🍔Had to take everyone to the Gasoline grill after seeing so much about it online! Unfortunately the timing was bad and we were not hungry so dad just got a burger and we all had some fries. Fried with the chilli mayo were delish and I heard the burger was good 🥐For a little snack (why we weren’t hungry for the burger) we went to Buka Bakery and got a nutella croissant and bun! Not sure which flavor bun we got, but it had a fruitiness to it and was amazing! This was the first of many more Scandinavian style buns and I think I might like them better than American ones🫢 P.S. I was dying to try a traditional danish breakfast with toast, egg, cheese, and whipped butter, but unfortunately I’m allergic to half of those things so I will be recreating when I get home with my new egg holder hehe🥚
