🌟 Officially a TEDx Speaker! 🌟 I am thrilled to share that I have officially become a @tedxtinhauwomen! This experience has been one of the most challenging yet rewarding journeys of my life. The road to this moment was paved with self-doubt, late nights, early mornings and countless hours of practice, but every step was worth it. Growing up, I was captivated by TED talks. They served as my educational platform, opening my eyes to diverse ideas and perspectives. The ability to share knowledge and inspire change through storytelling and ideas has always resonated with me. My talk, explores the profound impact that dance programs in schools can have on children’s lives. Dance is instinctive; it fosters connection and creativity. I believe that everyone deserves the chance to express themselves through movement, regardless of their background or perceived ability. Every day, I push the boundaries of dance and change people’s perspective on who dance is for,I want to inspire not just dancers, but anyone who has faced rejection or heard a “no.” My hope is that by sharing my story, you, or someone you know, will feel empowered to go beyond what you believe is possible. Standing on that TEDx stage, sharing my passion and vision and my story, was both exhilarating and nerve-wracking. I faced my fears head-on, and while I was met with challenges along the way, I learned to embrace vulnerability and authenticity. It’s a reminder that growth often comes from stepping outside our comfort zones. I’ve been on many stages but this was the most scared I ever was.
