Happy #FridayFlareDay with @nationaleczema 🥳Wow what a journey this has been 😅 By documenting my #eczema I'm able to look back on it & actually see how far I've come. When my skin plays up now I can say to myself well look at how much worse it was before! Going through #topicalsteroidwithdrawal & having a chronic skin condition means that I'll have ups & downs but I'm learning how to ride the wave and not only deal with the physical side but also how it affects me mentally 🙌🏼 Sending strength & healing to my #eczemawarriors who are on this wild ride too 🧡 Thanks @nationaleczema for raising awareness & giving us a platform to connect & share experiences 🙌🏼
