This past week has been tough one with a couple of dear friends passing and another having a major heart attack. On this equinox moon, for me it’s an opportunity to have a good pause and count your blessings about the breath of life. Nothing more important than your family and friends. Our dear friend in WA who passed made us one of his special collage’s you see here of my family that I will treasure along with his friendship. This art marks the start of the Humphries/McCoy family tree and it makes my heart sing looking at this time capsule of my wife and kids who I am so blessed and thankful for now that they have grown into the most amazing young adults. My daughter now with her partner Luke and 16 month old first grand child Makoha with another on the way in October. My son Cooper and his partner Clair who are not far away now from our #2 grandchild that they have already named Cloudy and we are so excited about due in a few weeks. And of course the amazing, beautiful and wonderful Kelly who brings us all together and continues to touch, move and inspire so many. Birth and Death, the circle of life goes on and each day I endeavour to give thanks for the wonderful blessing I’ve been given in this life. aloha
