The @buttonwillowraceway CW13 #sim track in @assettocorsa is great...but definitely less detailed when compared to @thunderhillracewaypark East. Having driven around Buttonwillow a lot over the years, I feel the pavement is too smooth in the game and the berms aren't big enough. It's also missing some of the subtle elevation gradient changes that exist in real life. In the same #bmw touring car that I have been driving to #simulate my real #e46 #m3 #endurance #race #car I was able to do a 1:49.712 lap with the car detuned to 189 whp and 2425 lbs (12.8:1 power to weight ratio) on racing hard tires (which are difficult to build and maintain target temps). 🤔 I’m curious what others think? #becauseracecar #simracing
