VALENTINE’S DAY SALAD • to be completely honest, we don’t celebrate Valentine’s Day! A lovely salad with heart shaped cheese on it is a must though. It easy and quick to make! Here are the ingredients I used: Arugula Tiny beets Havarti cheese Pistachio Zucchini The dressing: 4 tsp. white balsamic vinegar 
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 
2 tsp. grainy Dijon mustard
