I am thrilled to share some career news! It's been hard to keep it under wraps because I am just so excited about this next chapter. I've joined @thrive (Thrive Global) as Chief Medical Officer. Thrive is a leading behavior change technology company with a mission of ending the stress and burnout epidemic and helping people live and work with greater well-being and mental resilience. At Thrive, we apply the latest science and evidence-based practices to help people change their lives through Microsteps and storytelling. For years, it has been my passion to create content for you that empowers you to make changes and take control of your lives. And, in my former clinical practice, I worked very hard to share resources with my patients that could empower them to be healthier physically, mentally and emotionally. Through my startup work, I've worked on innovative healthcare products and services that make people's lives better and easier. This new role is a complete alignment of my passions and my previous work in tech, medicine and mental health. I am really looking forward to helping Thrive take its behavior change platform and solutions into healthcare through clinical and business partnerships, studies, and outcomes research. As we add a behavioral layer to the healthcare experience, I believe wholeheartedly that together we have the power to change the lives of millions of people around the world. You also know how passionate I am about working with female founders. I feel incredibly lucky to be able to work with one of the best female founders in the business.
