48 hours in the desert with @pearlsociety.co and @autocamp it’s hard to succinctly summarize what building pearl society with ann, kim, and noelle has felt like over the last (almost) two years, but in a word, it’s been inspiring. what started as a passion project has become something else entirely: the four of us bring out the best in each other, and when we put our big brains together, magical things happen with and for our community. last week, the generous folks at autocamp joshua tree hosted us for a retreat to recap 2025, hone in on our mission as a team, and brainstorm new programming. we meditated and hiked, crafted and cooked, and spent time offline, connecting with nature and each other. we walked away with a renewed sense of purpose and so many ideas to take us into next year’s events. i am so lucky to exist in the same timeline as these girls — they’ve shown me what true friendship and support look like, and they make me feel like anything is possible. i’m so grateful to have had this time to recalibrate, and truly can’t wait for what’s to come.
