EAT 🎃 I made the most epic maple pumpkin cornbread and it’s hands down the best fall treat you’ll ever make. infused with brown sugar and maple syrup, its warm and homey and promises it’s SO easy and simply orgasmic. recipe below! 🌽 made with my @kitchenaidusa stand mixer of course 🤍 1⁄2 cup unsalted butter (11⁄4 stick) melted and cooled 1 cup ground yellow cornmeal 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 3⁄4 teaspoon kosher salt 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda 1 large egg 1⁄2 cup brown sugar 1 cup canned pumpkin purée 1⁄2 cup buttermilk 1⁄2 cup maple syrup 1 teaspoon cinnamon pumpkin seeds to decorate directions: preheat oven to 425 mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl (brown sugar and gently warm butter first) combine and whisk together line a 9 inch pie pan or square with parchment paper pour in batter and decorate with pumpkin seeds bake 30-45 minutes depending on how high quality your oven is, use a toothpick to see if it’s done (should have some crumbs stuck to it), move to a cooling rack then mix 2 tablespoons of maple syrup shd 2 tablespoons of melted butter and glaze top of bread. serve warm or cool. #cooking #baking #fall #autumn #fallbaking #pumkin #dessert #sweet #cookingreels #bakingreels
