DO MORE OF WHAT YOU LOVE! . . I LOVE Mondays! And this right here is a part of the reason why. I make Mondays mine...all mine. Yes, I have clients and I teach a virtual class with @ife_o @thefitinbedstuy but to me that doesn't seem like work because it brings me joy (DO MORE OF WHAT YOU LOVE!). After I finish with my sessions and class I move my body in some way (DO MORE OF WHAT YOU LOVE!). It could be me walking back home, sometimes I box with @rubiekcanton , and today it was this incredible session with @greenroomny Reason why I take Mondays to myself and DO MORE OF WHAT I LOVE is because its important to me to start the week out with positivity, great energy, and lots and lots of joy. Goal is simple: to maintain the same vitality in EACH and EVERY day of the week! . . I woke up this morning, put on my superhero outfit, and DID A WHOLE LOT OF WHAT I LOVE TO DO...Happy Neesie!
