I’m just tryin rage and all of a sudden my stomach is the one fist pumpin🥵 here’s some things you can do to help your energy levels⤵️ Everyone metabolizes caffeine differently, so pay attention to how YOUR body responds! If you seem to get anxiety, jitters, or have to run to the bathroom here are some things to consider & ways to increase energy levels: ☕️are you drinking caffeine on an empty stomach? Having coffee on an empty stomach can lead to a spike in stress hormones! What also puts your body in a place of stress hormones is a very nutrient restrictive diet (low carb, underrating etc) ☕️what are you adding into your coffee or what other ingredients are in your preworkout that may be causing gut inflammation/irritation? ☕️support your hormones/metabolic health/energy levels/blood sugar by building balanced plates! Make sure your plates or snacks consist of protein, carbs, and healthy fats so we are able to help level out our glucose spikes which will in turn help us not have constant crashes throughout the day. So make sure you are always pairing and dressing your carbohydrates with protein and fat! To balance your coffee you can add a little collagen for protein, honey for carbs, and some milk for healthy fats! ☕️with consuming a diuretic make sure you are replenishing with electrolytes and minerals and antioxidants! A good option is an adrenal cocktail: coconut water, orange juice, and salt! ☕️chaga tea, matcha, and dandelion root, adaptogen mushroom blends are some alternatives (but you don’t have to rule out coffee right away- there are amazing benefits, let’s look at ALL the pieces of the puzzle first) ☕️support yourself with daily movement, and prioritize intentional rest and sleep if possible (not just sitting down and scrolling on your phone! Allowing yourself to shut off).
