Member Spotlight: Robbyn Rae Repp, AAF, of Petal to the Metal Flowers in North Bend, Oregon! Robbyn Rae Repp’s experience in floral design spans almost three decades and she has been owner and operator of Petal to the Metal Flowers since 2014. She was born and raised in Oregon but spent time living in California and Hawaii where she had the opportunity to learn from local designers and find inspiration to develop her own exclusive style. Robbyn loves harnessing what nature gives her and allowing her creative expression to come from the beauty of natural product. Living in the Pacific Northwest she finds it calming and exciting to explore the ocean and the forest, and loves using materials she finds along the way. Her favorite: -Flowers: Gloriosa, Peony, and Jasmine Vine -Thing about being an SAF member: Being surrounded by people just like her with similar concerns, questions, and ideas. She loves the opportunities to network while also finding resources to understand her projection points and the shifts or adjustments she should be watching for. -Way to unwind: Riding her Harley-Davidson on her day off.
