It started off so well. A relaxing lay in on a Friday before a gentle trip down to London for a podcast with the amazing @voguewilliams and @tashaghouri for @bootsuk! And it was going so well ... right up until the point I got on the plane. My poor legs are still in shock from a burst of energy they haven't seen since the three legged race when I was 8.
