Sweet potato dessert toast recipe: INGREDIENTS two 1⁄4 inch thick slices of sweet potato (cut long ways) 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil pinch cinnamon 3-4 tablespoons almond butter or nut butter of choice (or use more/less to your liking) chocolate chips to taste flaky salt to taste (optional) INSTRUCTIONS Coat sweet potato slices in oil and cinnamon. Add sweet potato slices to air fryer. Air fry at 400 degrees farenheit, for 13-16 minutes, until sweet potato slices are fork tender. If you don't have an air fryer, bake at 400 degrees on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper for 20-30 minutes. Top each warm sweet potato slice with almond butter, chocolate chips and salt.
