I’m in a weird season of life right now. Mentally I’m the most chill and intuitive about food that I’ve ever been. I eat what I want on a regular basis and am also super chill about eating out (this wasn’t always the case!) But now that I’m trying to heal my adult acne naturally, there are a lot of foods I’m trying to avoid, such as vegetable oils, iodized salt, soy and peanuts. These foods are pretty hard to avoid when you eat out, especially in Asia. So me and restaurants are on a little break for the time being ☺️ Thankfully it’s for different reasons than just trying to eat super healthy and it’s a choice I’m happily making to try to heal my skin! (Oh, and btw...it’s working ☺️) This past week we took a trip to Singapore. Even though I tried to make a lot of my meals in our hotel room to avoid those acne triggering foods, I did eat out a few times and everything was delicious! When I did eat out I opted for Mexican and Mediterranean foods. Yum!!
