This finale montage was a bit different....the song is a cover of the season 1 finale montage song beautifully sung by @nowthatsmajor. The first time I listened with real speakers I cried. At the time, I was also compiling the photos of every couple featured in the docuseries and some special faces as well, so I was definitively in my feelings. I could watch this over and over. The end of #BlackLoveDoc is exciting, emotional, and bittersweet. The work isn’t ending, just this iteration of it. I am so so grateful to these couples and to Tommy and anyone who has ever walked up to us (or DMd) to share what the series means to them.
