I want you to be more high-maintenance. “Low-maintenance” is something I used to think was a flex, but now I know it just means you’re living reactively. You spend your life reacting to your energy levels, your stress, your moods your body, your schedule. Being intentionally high-maintence, on the other hand, is proactive. It’s about designing your environment, your routines, and your decisions in a way that supports you before things start to feel off.
