The green starred chef @florentpietravalle sublimated the marvelous sea products fished responsibly by @mathieuchapel while the committed pastry chef @claire.heitzler paid tribute to the seasonal citrus fruits of small producers. Ludovic du Plessis @luduplessis, President of Telmont and Bertrand Lhôpital @lhopitalb, grapefather and winemaker, had exchanged with the chefs to imagine incredible pairings with the very beautiful Telmont cuvées: Blanc de Blancs Vinothèque 2005, Vinothèque 2012, Blanc de Noirs 2014, Réserve brut, Blanc de Blancs 2012, Réserve Rosé and Blanc de Blancs vinothèque 2006.
