I have a bold claim here and it’s that I had a top 3 meal of my life🫢Bazaar is one of those places that serves relatively simple food, but does each dish to perfection! After researching Copenhagen’s food scene and being overwhelmed by all the options, I ended up on Bazaar for our one dinner in the city. Copenhagen has so many amazing options, but we are not big fans of fine dining and wanted to try something different from the Italian that lot of places offer there which led me to Mediterranean! We all got a main protein and then ordered a bunch of small plates for the table! For protein, I got the falafel, mom got the bazaar kitchen with chicken, nats and lucy got the grilled chicken, and dad got the grilled beef kebab! Literally everything was perfect, but I think out of the meats, the chicken was a crowd a favorite! For the table (brace yourselves bc we got a lot): hummus, zhug, 2 flatbreads, falafel, tzatziki, zucchini, and fried artichokes. Each of the small plates was seasoned to perfection, full of flavor, and practically licked clean. If I had to choose a favorite, I would say either the artichokes or zhug but I think you truly can not got wrong here😋 One note is the service here was absolute crap🫢 They were not rude to us but basically ignored our existence after ordering and we had to practically beg for water. I know in europe they tend to leave people alone while eating to be polite, but this seemed a little different than that, but the food was so insanely good that we were able to look past it. If you ever find yourself in Copenhagen and are feeling patient and not thirsty, definitely visit bazaar!
