Whenever I paddle out, I feel peace and I feel at home. The ocean is my favorite place in the world no matter what. The ocean has taught me how find love in things, how to find a passion for something, and how to form a connection with something that’s not a person. The love and respect I have for the Ocean is no other. 🏄🏽‍♀️Shortboarding has taught me how to be patient. It’s taught me how to be focused. It’s taught me how to be determined. And mostly it’s taught me to never give up. Everyday when I paddle out I look at the ocean then I look at my board and say “let’s do this” my surf board is my best friend always forever. 🌊 I just want to keep the stoke alive and pass that on to the future generation of surfing. And I would love for everyone that surfs to do the same. And I want them to know to never give up because trust me your dreams do come true.
