✨S T A G I N G ✨ This typically is the final piece when we flip houses. The last big push to get the house ready for market. The final touches, styling shelves, JoAnna Gaines moment, part I enjoy the most. Up until this past week, we had only staged the flip houses we had worked on. ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ Then we got a call 📞 from our friend and talented realtor @thewrightgrouptn about a house he was listing and needed some staging and punch list items repaired. We were so honored to take the job. A day later, we get another call about this gorgeous home in Franklin that could use our services as well. We jumped on it. So is this the beginning of a baby business? Stay tuned as we pray and work on our systems, logistics, and what this could look like! ⁣ ⁣ So what exactly are those services? (I feel like fairy godmother getting Cinderella 💎 ready for the ball...now replace Cinderella with a house getting ready for market). We maximize the space, highlight particular rooms and style in such a way that is fresh, spacious, but also allows potential buyers to envision themselves in the space. We box up and store extra items and personal belongings in the garage. I bring my personal love for styling and decor and add elegant details to the tables, shelves, mantels, etc. Not to mention the punch list, honey do items and repairs that @hi_im_diy_dad can knocks out 👊🏻 which makes for the perfect team ✨ Needless to say, this past week was a dream. Bowing my head and giving thanks. ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ Also...if you are buying or selling in the Nashville or surrounding area, @thewrightgrouptn, Josh Wright is your guy.
