dear baseball, I never thought the day would come where I would hang up the cleats and say goodbye to the game that raised me. I used to think growing up as a kid the MLB was just the career field I would go into lol. I can’t thank you enough for all the fun I had, what you showed and taught me about my self. I’m forever grateful to this game and the players and coaches that surrounded me for 20 years. I really want to thank my parents and fiancé for sticking it out with me through these last two years that haven’t been an easy ride. Also the coaches that poured into me during good days and bad ones. I would have never been the player I was with out them. I’m going to miss you baseball. You’ve been the love of my life since I was 4. Overall thank you for everything.
