Brett and I started out this prep setting some performance and physique goals we wanted to attack. I knew that if I were to give Brett some challenge sets on deadlift variations then following would ensue.
Week over week hes attacking these high rep dead’s with the goal of simply beating the man in the mirror. So far he’s up 90 Lbs in bar weight while matching reps this prep.
If you prioritize performance goals during a prep, good will always come from it I can promise you that!
