Pakistani food is my weakness (did someone say biryani, Haleem and samosas?!) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2. I have 4 amazing kiddos (aged 6,5,2 and 1 month old). And I’m trying to raise them to be good empathetic change-making humans who also eat broccoli 🥦. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3. My hair is super wavy sometimes bordering on curly and I almost never ever wear it that way. (Maybe I need your curly hair tips!) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 4. I’m a total creature of habit. I love eating the same things over and over again and creating daily rituals. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 5. I love ice cream— so much that I eat at least a spoonful every. single. day. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 6. I care a lot about making the world a kinder, more just place. And that kindness starts with us being more kind to ourselves. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 7. I have my dream job— I get to be a medical executive/strategist/founder of healthcare startups, an investor, a physician to the underserved and a mom. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 8. I’m married to Mamoon, my favorite person in the world. He still makes me want to stay up all night talking and joking around. ❤️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 9. I am fanatic about intermittent fasting. It’s the easiest way to lose weight, maintain a healthy weight and reduce your risk of diabetes. (This is how I lost my baby weight after #3). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 10. I believe in my deepest of hearts that you are doing a great job at being a mom, student, daughter/son, husband/wife, Doctor/worker/engineer/human— or whatever you are.
