Starting my spooky series tradition with myself as the subject. This is my 7th year in a row doing this! (I think??) This year will be a little different as my time is limited and what I’m doing is very focused on my own personal feelings and fears. I hope to take this series in a more surreal direction this time around. I have a lot of fear of appearing vulnerable and letting go of the idea that everything I post has to be “marketable”. I think as an artist I’ve been struggling a lot with that in particular. I won’t post something if it doesn’t “fit my page aesthetic” - here’s to letting that go! Headpiece and photos by me. 🖤
